Gram Sabhas are convened in each ward within the local self-government institution's (LSGI) jurisdiction, and based on the decisions arising from these meetings, projects are formulated to carry out development and welfare activities. This local self-government institution implements development and welfare activities for the general public based on the Kerala Panchayat Raj Act, government orders, and, if necessary, court orders. Regarding services, applications are received and services are provided within the specified time limit through the K-Smart website. This office is succeeding in achieving its goal of becoming a completely paperless office. Furthermore, an applicant can submit an application and download certificates through an online center or from home using their mobile phone/laptop, without having to visit the office.
