Vision and Mission
1. Vision The policy of Edacheri Grama Panchayat is to become a citizen-friendly panchayat by implementing a Total Quality Management system in the panchayat office, regularly reviewing and updating quality objectives, delivering the best services and development schemes to the public in a transparent and time-bound manner to ensure their complete satisfaction, and guaranteeing the overall progress of the panchayat.
2. Mission
- Complete 100% of the development projects of Edacheri Grama Panchayat for the respective financial year by March 31st.
- Provide services guaranteed under the Citizen's Charter to the public within the timeframe fixed by the panchayat.
- Achieve 100% collection of all taxes due to Edacheri Grama Panchayat by March 31st.
- Coordinate sanitation and disease prevention activities in the health sector.
- Ensure that all eligible applicants receive various welfare pensions within the stipulated time after receiving their applications.
