Key Objectives
1. Identify Drug Distribution Networks
Identify the sources of drugs, those involved in their distribution, and other links in the supply chain, and take legal action against such networks.
2. Take Strong Action Against Drug Mafias
Identify individuals involved in the sale and trafficking of drugs, register cases against them, and strengthen legal action.
3. Protect Students and Youth
Give special attention to preventing drug use among school and college students and strengthening awareness programmes among young people.
4. Strengthen Inspection and Surveillance
Strengthen inspections and surveillance at bus stands, railway stations, educational institutions, and other vulnerable locations.
5. Ensure Public Participation
Encourage the public to report information regarding drug use, sale, trafficking, and distribution to the police.
6. Support Rehabilitation
Provide necessary assistance and social support to individuals struggling with drug addiction to help them recover and lead a drug-free life.
